DMCA Policy

Core Circuit respects the intellectual property rights of creators, fitness professionals, coaches, photographers, writers, and other rights holders. We aim to publish original or properly authorized content across our website, including workout program descriptions, training guidance, exercise illustrations, photographs, videos, educational articles, graphics, and other fitness-related resources. We review notices of alleged copyright infringement that meet the applicable requirements of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This policy explains how to submit a copyright notice, the information needed to assess a claim, how counter notices may be handled, and the steps we may take in response to repeated infringement. Our goal is to address legitimate concerns fairly while respecting the rights of content owners and website users.

Copyright notice requirements

If you believe that material available on this website infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to represent, you may submit a written notification requesting that we review the material. To help us locate the content and evaluate your claim, please include the following information:

  • Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address so that we can contact you regarding the notice and request clarification if necessary.
  • A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed. If your claim concerns several works, provide a representative list or identify each work as clearly as reasonably possible.
  • The exact URL of the material you want reviewed, or a sufficiently detailed description of its location on our website, such as a page containing an exercise guide, training article, fitness photograph, instructional video, graphic, or downloadable resource.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, the owner's agent, or applicable law.
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the allegedly infringed exclusive right.
  • Your physical or electronic signature confirming that you are submitting the notice in good faith and have the authority to make the claim.

Where to send notices

Send copyright notices and related questions to: [email protected] or mail them to Core Circuit, 1131 3rd Ave, New York, NY 10065. Please use a subject line such as "DMCA Copyright Notice" and include the relevant page URLs, a description of the copyrighted work, and any supporting details needed to identify the material. Complete and accurate information helps us review your request more efficiently. We may contact you for clarification if essential information is missing or the location of the disputed content is unclear. Submitting a notice does not automatically guarantee removal. We will evaluate the information provided and determine an appropriate response in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the claim.

Counter notices

If material you submitted to the website was removed or access to it was disabled following a copyright complaint, and you believe the action resulted from a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter notice where permitted by the DMCA. Your counter notice should include your contact information, identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled because of a mistake or misidentification, and the legally required consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court. Include your physical or electronic signature and any additional information required by applicable law. We will review the counter notice for completeness and handle it according to the procedures and timelines established by the DMCA. A counter notice may involve sharing relevant information with the original complaining party as part of the statutory process. Do not submit a counter notice unless you have a genuine basis for believing the removal or restriction was improper.

Repeat infringement

Core Circuit may restrict access to website features or terminate access for individuals or accounts that repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights, where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect the website, its trainers, content contributors, members, and original materials. We may also remove or disable access to disputed content while a claim is reviewed, preserve relevant records, request additional information, and take other appropriate steps in response to credible reports. This policy applies to website materials such as original workout descriptions, fitness education articles, exercise demonstrations, training plans, photographs, videos, illustrations, graphics, and other protected works. Users should only upload, submit, or share content they own or are authorized to use. Nothing in this policy limits any rights, defenses, or remedies available to copyright owners or other parties under applicable law.
